What’s included: 1 Premade Breathe Better blend inhaler (1 wick in an aluminum & glass vessel) 2 ml of the Breathe Better essential oils to refill or refresh your inhaler/wick. This inhaler will last 6 months to 1 year (keep out of heat).
How to use: Simply remove the cap, place the inhaler under your nose, and breathe in deeply. Make sure to put the cap back on when done to prevent the wick from drying out. Refresh/refill wick as needed
